CAKE BAKING CONTEST
ART & CRAFT AREA - EXHIBIT HALL "A"

Rules
Each entry must be accompanied by a 8 ½" x 11" type written recipe. The recipe must be complete listing all ingredients used, and the method of preparation. The entrant's name, address and phone number must be listed on the reverse side of the recipe. These recipes will become the property of The Greater Jacksonville Fair Association, with the right to use them at future dates. The recipe may not have been entered by the exhibitor in a prior year. Mixes may not be used. All entries must be entered in disposable containers or bakery boxes. Raw eggs or alcohol (liquor) must not be used in any recipe. Powdered eggs and alcohol flavored substitutes may be used and must be noted in the receipe.
Accepting Entries
Contestants for this competition may bring their entry to any gate for entrance into the Fairgrounds. Entries are to be delivered by hand to Exhibit Hall "A on Wednesday, October 29th. Judging will begin immediately following the delivery deadline at 7:00 p.m. The award ceremony will commence immediately upon completion of the judging and tabulation of the final results.
