ENTRIES for art and crafts will be ACCEPTED IN EXHIBIT HALL "A", SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25TH, FROM 9:00 a.m. UNTIL 8:00 p.m. ONLY. Entry tags will be available when you check in. Entry fees are not required for art and craft entries. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to know the General Rules and Regulations as well as the Special Rules that govern the individual competition entered, please check carefully the division you are interested in.
Articles must be the original work of the exhibitor and not previously exhibited in the Greater Jacksonville Fair. Exhibitors may enter no more than five (5) items in any one classification with the exception of fine art, gems and minerals, (see special rule.) Names must not be visible on any article. In all categories, age must appear on the tag attached to the article or it will not be judged. Excessive size or soiled articles will not be accepted. Framed entries, plaques, mobiles, etc., must be equipped with hanging wire of sufficient strength to support the article. Articles received will be under the control and jurisdiction of The Greater Jacksonville Fair Association. Every possible care will be taken to prevent damage, but in no case will The Fair Association be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur. The Chairperson reserves the right to refuse any article. PREMIUM MONEY WILL BE PAID ON THE BASIS OF THE JUDGE'S RECORDS, not by the ribbon that may be attached to the article. Honorable Mention Awards earn no cash premiums. Awards are limited to 3 per category.
RELEASE DATES
ARTS & CRAFT ARTICLES MAY BE PICKED UP SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH, BEGINNING AT 8:00 p.m. UNTIL 10:00 p.m. Your exhibitors clam check will allow entrance through the Beaver Street Gate. A guard will instruct you where to park FOR PICK UP AND LOADING ONLY; NO EXCEPTIONS. Articles not claimed during these hours will become the property of the Greater Jacksonville Fair Association.

PLEASE REFER TO THE SPECIFIC RULES FOR THE COMPETITON YOU WISH TO ENTER. Entry forms for culinary competitions may be down loaded from the table of contents site, or from a specific contest site. ALL RECIPES MUST BE TYPED.
CULINARY CONTESTANTS SHOULD BRING THEIR ENTRY ON THE DAY OF COMPETITION TO ANY GATE. YOUR ENTRY WILL ALLOW ONE (1) PERSON INTO THE FAIR.
