ENTRIES for art and crafts will be ACCEPTED IN EXHIBIT HALL "A", SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD, FROM 9:00 a.m. UNTIL 8:00 p.m. Entry tags will be available when you check in. Entry fees are not required for art and craft entries. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to know the General Rules and Regulations as well as the Special Rules that govern the individual competitions entered, please check carefully the division you are interested in.
Articles must be the original work of the exhibitor and not previously exhibited in the Greater Jacksonville Fair. Exhibitors may enter no more than five (5) items in any one classification with the exception of fine art, gems and minerals, (see special rule.) Names must not be visible on any article. In all categories, age must appear on the tag attached to the article or it will not be judged. Excessive size or soiled articles will not be accepted. Framed entries, plaques, mobiles, etc., must be equipped with hanging wire of sufficient strength to support the article. Articles received will be under the control and jurisdiction of The Greater Jacksonville Fair Association. Every possible care will be taken to prevent damage, but in no case will The Fair Association be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur. The Chairperson reserves the right to refuse any article. Premium money will be paid on the basis of the Judges records, not by the ribbon that may be attached to the article. Honorable Mention Awards earn no cash premiums. Awards are limited to 3 per category.
RELEASE DATES
ARTS & CRAFT ARTICLES MAY BE PICKED UP SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH, BEGINNING AT 8:00 p.m. UNTIL 10:00 p.m. Your exhibitors claim check will allow entrance through the Beaver Street Gate. A guard will instruct you where to park FOR PICK UP AND LOADING ONLY; NO EXCEPTIONS. Articles not claimed during these hours will become the property of the Greater Jacksonville Fair Association.

New: Contestants who arrive to check in and do not have their recipe or any of the noted requirements for a contest
by the stated contest time shall be disqulified. Entry fees are not required for Special Contests or Culinary Contests. For
Special Contest, go to the contest page and click on the information you desire. You may also access specificv culinary contest rules
and information by clicking on the links below. Culinary contestants should prepared their entry at home following the stated rules for
each product's use and bring their entry on the day of the contest to any gate. One (1) person with their entry will be allowed
into the fair. All recipes must be typed.
