OCTOBER 1ST IS THE DEADLINE FOR ALL ENTRIES

Why do we require personal information? Between the rabbits, poultry, eggs, various  4-H & FFA contests, the Horse

Show, Open and Youth Livestock Shows, it is highly probable the majority of our entrants will earn multiple premiums.  It

is virtually impossible to sort through the many entries after the fact and go back to request information before checks can

be written and premiums mailed.

How do we dispose of this information? Entry forms are kept in our office.  When they are no longer needed they are

shredded.

A reminder when registering for the Horse and / or Dog Show:  You must include a copy of a current Coggins test

with your Horse Show application and a copy of a current Rabies Certificate with your Dog Show application, along with

all required fees.

Checks that may be returned due to NSF will be assessed a $50 returned check fee. Those outstanding fees must be

paid with certified funds prior to check in day for participation in the fair.
