SEPTEMBER 1st IS THE DEADLINE FOR HORSE SHOW ENTRIES

OCTOBER 1ST IS THE DEADLINE FOR ALL OTHER LIVESTOCK ENTRIES

Why do we require personal information? Between the rabbits, poultry, eggs, various  4-H & FFA Contests, the Horse Show, and Open and Youth Livestock Shows, it is highly probable the majority of our entrants will earn multiple premiums.  It is virtually impossible to sort through the many entries after the fact and go back to request information before checks can be written and premiums mailed.

How do we dispose of this information? Entry forms are kept in our office.  When they are no longer needed they are shredded.

A reminder when registering for the Horse and Dog Show:  You must include a current Coggins Test along with your fee for the Horse Show.  Although a fee is not required for the Dog Show, you must include your dog's current Rabies Certificate with your registration form.
