For those that wish to be located on the midway, contact our carnival, BelleCity Amusements at bellecityamusements@hotmail.com.    This applications is for the Independent Side, located near the entertainment area.   Send a separate application for each unit you would like to be considered for. NEW APPLICANTS ONLY:  Send pictures of your set-up.  For commercial vendors, please include a list of items you wish to sell. Food vendors, include a menu with prices. An application does not guarantee acceptance and is based on the following requirements: 

1. Be able to produce a quality product at a reasonable price

2. Be courteous to our customers

3. Product balance / diversity  

4. Experience and financial responsibility 

5. Ability to set up a clean, professional, attractive display 

6  Space availability.

If accepted, you will be invoiced for the Proof of Performance Deposit ($150) and rates based on $85 a ff. Vendors serving from both the front and side will be invoiced an additional $42.50 for each foot depth.    .

THE PROOF OF PERFORMANCE DEPOSIT IS DUE WITH THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT. 50% RENT IS DUE NO LATER THAN JULY 15TH. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE BY OCTOBER 1st IF YOU ELECT TO CHARGE YOUR DEPOSIT/RENT, THE BALANCE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED WHEN DUE. A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $500,000, NAMING THE GREATER JACKSONVILLE FAIR AS ADDITIONALLY INSURED IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FILE IN OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO SET-UP. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING 60 DAYS PRIOR TO OPENING DAY OF THE FAIR.
