NEW APPLICANTS ONLY:  You must include with this application, recent pictures of each unit and three (3) references with contact information.  Acceptance is based on:  Product balance within the independent area, experience  and financial responsibility, ability to set up a professional, attractive display, and space availability.ttach a picture of each unit you wish to apply for along with seperate applications for each unit.

If accepted, you will be invoiced for the Proof of Performance Deposit ($150) and rates based on $85 a ff.  If you are a food vendor and serve a short, you will be invoiced an additional $42.50 for each foot depth.    .

THE PROOF OF PERFORMANCE DEPOSIT IS DUE WITH THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT. 50% RENT IS DUE NO LATER THAN JULY 15TH. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE BY OCTOBER 1st 15TH. IF YOU ELECT TO CHARGE YOUR DEPOSIT/RENT, THE BALANCE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED WHEN DUE. A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $500,000, NAMING THE GREATER JACKSONVILLE FAIR AS ADDITIONALLY INSURED IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FILE IN OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO SET-UP. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING 60 DAYS PRIOR TO OPENING DAY OF THE FAIR.
